We hired Chef Mark for my husband's birthday dinner, and it was the best decision to celebrate the occasion! Chef Mark responded immediately upon my inquiry, and was responsive and communicative throughout the entire lead-up. We had a six-course dinner which included crab cakes, bacon-wrapped quail, Caesar salad, Steak Diane (filet mignon), olive oil cake, and banana fosters. I still think about and crave that quail! Everything was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was exquisite. The service from his team was wonderful with the perfect level of involvement in our dinner party. Chef Mark also provided wine pairing recommendations and throughout service offered information for each wine selected and served, which was a really nice addition to the evening. Chef Mark was friendly, efficient, knowledgable in his cuisine, and made our evening one to remember. If we ever need a personal chef again, we'll definitely be going back to Chef Mark!

I recently worked with Chef Mark for my mom’s 60th birthday party dinner. The whole experience was an absolute delight from start to finish. He was easy to communicate with and was available by both email and phone. He kept the process simple and I appreciated that he had a menu of options that we could pick from. The food was fabulous! All of our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and how special the whole experience felt. Very appreciative to Chef for helping make my mom’s birthday one we will all never forget. And we all still can’t stop talking about their shrimp and grits!

Mark is a great guy and his food is even better. We had a great time talking with Mark while he prepared dinner and he gladly adjusted the menu slightly due to a food allergy. A fancy restaurant experience in our own home. Highly recommend.

Chef Mark prepared an amazing dinner in our home for Mother's Day. The food, crab cakes' soup, chateaubriand and melt in your mouth bread pudding. Every bite was better than the one before!!! He comes to your home with everything he needs to prepare a 5 star dinner. I can recommend Chef Mark, you will not be disappointed.

Chef Powers helped us celebrate "retirement" with a private dinner. The food and service were absolutely awesome! Bacon-wrapped quail appetizer, cream of three mushroom soup, Steak Diane main entree, and Bananas Foster! As many have commented, very reasonable for a 5 star meal, made and served in your home, complete with entertaining conversation and clean-up! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you, Chef!

Big thanks to Chef Mark and Vincent for taking our party to the next level. The food was beautiful and delicious. Vincent took very good care of my friends and family, making sure they had exactly what they needed throughout the evening. I especially appreciated the great attention Chef took to accommodate our vegan and pescatarian guests. Thank you both for a wonderful evening of culinary excellence.

Him and his team showed up promptly as scheduled, served the most wonderful food, cleaned and left the kitchen nicer than before! Chef Mark created an incredible experience for my wife and I and 8 of our friends. The food was prepared perfectly and served at a pace that allowed us to enjoy each course and company to the fullest. Chef Mark is incredibly relaxed and fits into any environment easily. Also, after the event our kitchen was cleaner than before he arrived. Great value for the experience. I highly recommend Chef Mark!!

Mark provided a restaurant experience in our friend’s home and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Everything was fleshly prepared and carefully served. Mark takes great pride in his craft and I recommend him to anyone wanting a unique and delicious meal without travel, cooking or clean up. It was a lot of fun!

We had a very wonderful experience with Chef Mark. His combination of professionalism, humor, courtesy, selection of wonderful food and skill made for a thoroughly enjoyable time. Not only was the food and service fantastic, but I think he and Minerva also left the kitchen even more spotless than when they arrived - although I’m not sure how that was even possible to do!!Chef Mark helped us organize and plan a wedding anniversary party for my parents. His services left an impression that will stay with our family and live happily in our memories forever.Thank you Chef Mark for helping give our parents and us all such a wonderful and unique experience. Our family will cherish it always.

Chef Mark is amazing!!! He is very responsive to emails and texts. His four course meal is amazing. He made scallops, sea bass, wild mushroom soup, and desserts for us. All is very delicious. I would definitely hire chef mark again. You should hire him, best decision ever. I interviewed a few chefs in San Antonio and he was the best and the real deal.
