At Opera San Antonio, we present world-class productions of operatic masterpieces at the Tobin Center, as well as an experimental second stage series that more fully explores the art form at venues throughout the magnificent city of San Antonio. OPERA San Antonio Opera's aim is to create opera of the highest artistic quality while also enriching our community via educational outreach and social engagement. The group is dedicated to preserving and disseminating opera as a relevant, inspiring, and accessible art form for residents and visitors of all ages and backgrounds. OPERA San Antonio's civic principle is that the city need and residents deserve access to major performing arts.
