Pretty much the only place I go to for cake supplies. Wish they had as big an inventory as the Austin location but they do carry all the basics I need. The customer service could also be better. Today’s visit I was not acknowledged for one second. While at the register, the counter clerk didn’t look up at me, didn’t greet me, didn’t even complete the transaction with a “thank you” or a “have a nice day.” The only words that were muttered to me were whether my number is registered for the rewards or not. I’m a baker and deal with customers all day and I know how exhausting it can be to chat with people, but I still stay pleasant with customers even if I’m not feeling it.

I was so excited to come into this store, as we have nothing like this where I live. I admit I didn't read any signs walking in, I wanted to take a few pictures to show off your great store, and I was quickly told by an older associate I was not allowed to take pictures or videos. The rest of my stay, I just felt like I was being watched. A lil disappointment as I'd been waiting so long to go in.

Great place for kids to take classes and adults too, fantastic place to shop for bakers. Loved the whipping class by Raul.

This place is awesome! For all those aspiring bakers, like myself 🙂 - this place will give you so many ideas! And, the prices are very reasonable so you'll be able to experiment! They also have classes (haven't tried but would like to!) Plus, everyone I've spoken to (staff) has been friendly and knowledgeable. Check it out!
