Rebecca Creek Distillery uses the owners vision and passion for high quality spirits to blend a use of old techniques as well as new technology to produce high quality results. As one of the largest spirit producers in the region, servicing 17 states, it shows! Located a bit north of San Antonio, take a drive to explore the distillery. Learn about the distillation process of whiskey and vodka, each tour also comes with sampling in the tasting room. Enjoy a sip of your favorite while you listen to live music, grab some memorabilia from the gift shop or just walk the grounds of this classic Texas distillery.

I do not drink alcohol but I will taste a tiny sip here and there. Stopped by on a farmer’s market night. The parking situation is not safe or good. What was probably a nice spot tucked away in the country has now become urbanized due to new homes and businesses. Definitely a good place to hear music and drink. Everyone is friendly and the crowd is mixed but mostly 30+ adults. Family and pet friendly. Wear your not so cute shoes as it mostly dirt and grass.

Had a great time with my wife and some coworkers for their Labor Day celebration and watched 3 great music acts. Took the distillery tour which is short, but informative then was able to sample all of their products! Got my eye on more than a few to stock up on! Will most definitely be back soon!

Family fun day is a joke here; they advertise food which there weren't any, people had McDonald's for there kids from next door, the bar tenders seemed like they hated everyone and their jobs, and apart of their establishment were games were was closed for a tasting. They did have live music but wasn't worth it being there when you felt like you weren't welcome and nothing to do for kids.

Great experience! Came here right before they're grand opening of the saloon, they offered my friend and I samples of the drink menu and it was such a great time!! Definitely will be back soon! Everyone was so friendly and the live music was great!!

The tour is well worth the expense even just for sampling all of the products. Had no idea they made vodka! Also, Tristan was an amazing tour guide!

My wife and I had a great time. Tour was real good, lots of tasting. We stayed and watched Weston Ripps play and he was great. Drinks were awesome. They even made my wife a special drink. Pickle juice and vodka. customer service was very attentive. It was a great night.

Free bingo on Wednesdays. You don't win money but you do win Rebecca Creek swag. It's so much fun. I love the environment. Beautiful space. Bartenders are amazing. They have food trucks that rotate every so often to make sure your tiny is full while you play. Kids and dogs welcome! 💜

We went on Market Day yesterday and had a great time. The distillery is close to our hotel we are staying at for work, so it was super convenient. Tristan was our tour guide, and he was very informative and entertaining. Then came the tastings! I have been to several distillery tours, and they never give you the opportunity to taste EVERYTHING they have to offer, but Rebecca Creek did! I will admit, I passed on a few of the flavored vodka offerings, because they just aren't really my thing. But the Peach Vodka, made with real Fredericksburg Peaches, was quite tasty. And the BIB Bourbon was super tasty, as well as the Spanish Oak Bourbon. We loved the atmosphere with all the Market Day vendors, food trucks, and live music. Such a great time!

Went with 3 friends and we all ordered 4 different cocktails off the menu, not a single one was good. One of our group took theirs back and got something totally different and it was average at best, none of us finished our drink. We were to early to see the speakeasy in back, while the games give this place a unique spin, the mixology has to be better. Lots of potential....but missed the mark. On the other hand bar 1604 is right next door and they were top notch.

We visited the Distillery on a very hot Saturday afternoon in May, after touring the Natural Bridge Caverns. We bought tour and tasting tickets in advance, which I recommend because ours was full.To be transparent, the tour part was very brief because of COVID restrictions. Our guide, a retired distillery enthusiast, walked us from the bar/gift shop to a tasting area. He stopped in a shaded part of the parking lot to give the history of Rebecca Creek.Once inside, we all got more details on their distilling process. Then the real fun: tasting. We had whiskey and vodka in a variety of flavors. Our favorites were peach vodka and peanut butter whiskey. Each couple bought a bottle of those two, and one friend bought one of every flavor. It was nice to be able to sit during the tasting and have water in between shots.After the tasting, we went back to the gift shop for our free full-size drinks. We played darts and cornhole while we enjoyed our beverages. Would definitely return!
