The Spanish Governor’s Palace is located in the famous Downtown area on San Antonio. The structure is an incredibly old adobe from the 18th century and is recognized as a historic adobe as it is the last physical trace of the Presidio San Antonio de Bexar complex. This remarkable piece of history resides as the last standing example of an aristocratic Spanish Colonial in-town residence from the 18th century in the State of Texas. It is truly a site to see and an impressive piece of history that we are fortunate enough to have preserved for all to see. The surrounding greenery and old fountains make for gorgeous and unique picturesque backgrounds. The atmosphere is filled with wonder, history and prestigiousness.
