Sur La Table offers a wide variety of cooking classes. Sign you and your sweetie up to make Perfect Stuffed Pasta, Surf & Turf, Sushi Bar Bites or one of their other classes. You get to learn to cook something tasty with your significant other and then savor your success as you enjoy what you cooked.
I would have enjoyed it more if I could have had the option to sit down at any point during the 2 1/2 hrs there, even if it was for a couple minutes to let my feet rest.
Also, all attendees get a 10% discount coupon for the store, but they only allow you to use it if you buy something that night after the class and we only had maybe 10-15 min to shop. I think if they’re going to offer a coupon, it should be valid to be used at anytime or maybe within a month or so, not asap on impulse buys. The store is huge and a dream for anyone who is passionate about food and cooking, but I didn't really have enough time to look at hardly anything with the time we were given.
