What makes it fun
The Texas Transportation Museum that prides themselves on preserving and presenting historical transportation equipment and similar machines. The organization is led by passionate volunteers who donate their time to help keep the history of Texas alive and appreciated. One of the coolest parts about the Museum is they have a working passenger railroad, have multiple model trains and several road vehicles. They also have engaging and educational presentations and displays that demonstrate how the technology within transportation has changed and grown into what it is today. An incredibly eye opening experience into the past and a new appreciation for what we have in the present.
