In all honesty we had a snack here for our first visit but I'm telling all my friends to eat here. 1Watson is a beautiful new addition to downtown Houston. The views alone are amazing and perfect. Excellent view of San Fernando Cathedral. Not too loud. I honestly wish we showed up earlier to enjoy a meal, I will return soon.

Came with my sister one night and we had a great time. The patio was the best spot to sit at. George was our waiter and was super helpful. He has the best personality for this place. Will be back in the future.

Stopped by here with a few friends for a few drinks. The vibe was totally the best spot on the patio with the view of the sunset and downtown. George was helpful and spot on with the drinks. He made some good recommendations.

The food was wonderful. The vibe was also pretty chill. Me and my fiance loved the environment. We went when it was not too busy. Food came out hot and timely. Our server was also great. 9/10 would recommend!

Pretty cool spot with a fantastic view of Main Plaza. The food prices are scary. The cocktail prices are about what you'd expect. And they are pretty tasty. Great decor. Great service.

The atmosphere here is amazing! The music selection is fire, the view is stunning, and the decor is classy. I loved the hot honey burger and watermelon fiesta I had.

Cool rooftop bar and restaurant! I love the location! We will definitely be coming back. Priscilla was informative and seemed cool as well. I'm excited to check out their food next time we are in town! They also have brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30am-2:30am.
