What makes it fun
The menu at Acú Bistro Bar is a cultural montage of dishes from all throughout the Mediterranean Seaboard. Our traditional cuisine is built around a stunning wood-fired oven that seamlessly evokes the flavor of traditional cooking with a dash of contemporary elegance. Our intention is to incorporate conventional and regional components while still paying homage to the regional cuisines. We strive to evoke the same atmosphere of hospitality that our family's matriarch, Acú, was famed for. The Arabic word habibi translates as "my love." It is mostly used as a pet name for close friends, partners, or family members. Here you are all Habibi.
