We came here for a birthday party, and overall, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! We had a few small recommendations, but everyone had a ton of fun. The party began with food, presents, and cake. While that sounds great, I do wish there had been something at the tables to keep the kids occupied while they waited for the food. They were sitting still while surrounded by what felt like a gazillion exciting games they couldn’t play yet! Even a few small trinkets, coloring activities, or simple table games would go a long way toward keeping the kids entertained—and taking some stress off the parents. Our party coordinator, Aubrey, was AMAZING! She is absolutely perfect for this job and truly incredible with children. Her energy, patience, and personality made the celebration even more special. Once the food, drinks, presents, and cake were finished, the real fun began—and oh my goodness, it was AWESOME! Even as an adult, I had such a great time participating. There was so much to do, and the fun continued for hours! We stayed for more than five hours and were completely exhausted by the time we left—in the best possible way. My son was already begging me to have his birthday party here, so you are definitely doing something right! Thank you for such a fun and memorable experience. Great job, everyone—and an extra-special thank-you to Aubrey!

Service was great! A young man named Devin made sure he went above and beyond to make sure I had a good time while visiting family in San Antonio. Would 100% recommend to friends and will definitely come back!

We took at family trip to San Antonio and we decided to go here and hang out. We had a great time and the service was awesome. Specifically Devin, the track supervisor went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. He really made us feel like we were his priority. Based on our experiences at other places, Devin is special. To have him go out of his way like he did is amazing. We will always recommend anyone to come here!

I have to say that this is one of the nicest ,cleanest , and well organized place to hangout . If your taking the family out or going on a date. It's like a main event ,my children told me it was better then k1 speed and, they had more fun, and bar with food wrapped in one . Normally I don't leave reviews, but this place was to nice , people only hear about the bad , it was completely packed and there was an 600 person event and they were short staffed, but it definitely didn't feel that way , especially the go-kart track , especially with Mateo working there, I have to say it's fun even for me i got to do an few races with my kids.

Those go karts absolutely rip. It's worth every penny of track fee. The laser tag was really laid out well too. Great spot.

Stayed at this hotel for a work trip. Very pleasantly surprised for how close it was to the airport. The courtyard is huge and there is a pool. There is a bar in the lobby and has great food. I was surprised to get two free bottles of water checking in and two in the room. I walked into the room to a surprise of a cute towel elephant. She became our team mascot while we were in town. Only negatives was I was missing lotion and only had five tissues in my room. Some of my coworkers were missing soap all together. It was quickly rectified but still a small negative. The rooms were well air conditioned but the hallways were not. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. Overall good hotel, just a few things. They have a gym and lots of conference rooms. Good hotel for traveling business people. Definitely will be going back.

Visited for a company event. Nice facility. Lots to do. Excellent and friendly staff. Got there early and sat at the bar. The racing looked fun; but I had to leave early so I didn't participate. Still enjoyed myself. Thank you. Biggest takeaways: professional and friendly staff.
