What makes it fun
In March of 2020, there were two scientists and a dog in San Antonio, Texas, who built a nanobrewery, Black Laboratory Brewing. During their time spent working together as scientists at a food-testing laboratory, Tim Castaneda and Jeff Weihe became good friends. As co-owners of Black Laboratory Brewing, they are now putting their scientific training to use in the process of creating craft beers that appeal to the taste buds of San Antonio. This brewery serves lagers, witbiers, sours, and IPAs in 32-ounce growlers in addition to serving them on tap. Come experience San Antonio craft brews that are sure to impress.
