This Hotel is beautiful and full of history. The food and drinks included in your stay was very good. Breakfast has a wide selection. The dinner was way more then we were told. We were told the free dinner option was light but it was a full dinner and drinks. The only complaint was the guest laundry. The room was super cramped with only 2 washers and 2 dryers and some were out of service. And FYI their rewards program was very very worth it. When booking it did offer an impressive discount. Most hotels will knock off $10-20 but they knocked off much more. I was impressed.

Drury is always my hotel of choice when vacationing. This specific location was absolutely amazing. The unique history and preserved design of the original bank building was breathtaking!! I loved how it was incorporated intentionally, from the vaults being a bar, the photos shared in the lobby, the detailsthroughout the floors and more. The staff was top notch and so very helpful all the way from the valet, to the check in counter and even those placing the dinner out! Only thing I will point out (but def not hold against them) is the rooftop pool is small and gets over crowded quickly. It was also a little confusing trying to find the 2nd pool.

The Riverwalk Drury Inn is no doubt, the best hotel we've ever stayed at! We've always mapped our vacations around stopping in San Antonio, just to stay here. This past stay, everything seemed to be going wrong for us: tire flat, family member sprained their ankle, etc. Valet was so accommodating, changed our tire over night. Breakfast staff helped me bring food back to my room, and the front staff upgraded us at check in, just for being loyal customers! My family have many memories over the years! You won't go wrong staying here!

Had a wonderful stay at Drury Plaza Hotel Riverwalk San Antonio. The hotel has a beautiful antique charm with stunning historic architecture that makes the whole place feel unique and elegant. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is absolutely perfect—right at the River Walk with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major attractions. Very convenient for exploring San Antonio. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Antonio!

Where do I even start. First time staying at a Drury brand and can say it will definitely not be the last. This place was beautiful and well maintained! The place was super clean and the staff were the most friendly and helpful. The rooms were super comfortable, the rooftop pool was great. The breakfast was out of this world! Some of the best biscuits we’ve ever had! The kickback is just an added bonus and the location was outstanding. Definitely will be staying at the Drury if we ever are back in the area.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this Drury hotel!! Everything went soo smoothly during the week we stayed at the hotel and had a conference at this Location. The staff were all soo respectful and helpful during our stay!! Absolutely loved the complimentary dinner, breakfast and drink offerings, and the staff working the food and drinks were amazing. Staff offered to take our dishes, asked if there was anything they could do to help with our stay, etc.. Soo amazing! This experience at the Drury San Antonio River walk, truly changed my view on the Drury hotel chain. I can’t wait to return and I look forward to bringing my family to this location very soon!

We stayed at this hotel 15 years ago. We liked it enough to go back. This hotel is really pretty. It’s in an old deco bank building. We had a great suite on the 19th floor with a view of downtown San Antonio and San Fernando Church, so we could watch the projection show every night from our room. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and this must be a huge plus for families or any group with lots of people to feed. There’s something for everyone and plenty of eat. I would suggest adding some pastries, I love sweets. We never made it to happy hour buffet and 3 free drinks for adults. I don’t drink but if you do, that’s a great deal. We had a really nice quiet stay. It’s a lovely hotel with great service and amenities in a wonderful location close to everything. Not having to drive anywhere and being able to conveniently get anywhere makes for a great vacation.

Really great place with a great location on the Riverwalk. They offer a good breakfast and a dinner buffet as well. Good food to boot. We were given a voucher for 3 drinks each a night from the bar. Loved the roof top pool and viewing deck. They also have an indoor pool and another viewing deck on a lower floor. They have a gym but I didn't get to use it. Laundry available as well. Also, this location is convenient for walking to locations on the street level. Loved the vibe of the old bank that the hotel is located in. Great photos are on the walls. Rooms were nice but nothing special. Beds were very comfortable. Shower got nice and hot.

I stayed here for a conference. Location was just at happening places around river walk. Breakfast is basically same every day, they can add variance. Rooms bed were too springy and not comfortable. Also they put conditioner in body wash.

I've been coming here for years with my family. Best customer service of any hotel. I travel to more upscale hotels for work but this place beats them all. The historical architecture and feel of old bank is super cool for me and the family. Breakfast and kickoff is always great. Not a fine dining experience but it does hit the stomach with options. 3 drinks aren't bad either.lol. rooms and hotel have went through renovations and it is well done. I like staying in the king 2 room balcony suite so we can see the light show on the San Fernando Church at night. Drury is and will be my go to place. Thank y'all.

Im glad such a great hotel is so affordable. As for location, I’d give them 6 out of 5 if I could. You’re literally a block away from several access points to the Riverwalk. The place has great atmosphere and exceptional service. They have nice breakfast and reception, but even if they didn’t, I’d stay here again!

The entire staff was friendly and helpful! From the girls at the check in counter, to housekeeping, valet, and everyone I chatted with during my stay. The hotel felt safe as I traveled alone, appreciate the use of the hotel key card to access the ground floor elevator and entry doors. Room was clean, housekeeping staff great with changing the towels, making the bed, and emptying the trash daily, Maria even tucked the end of the toilet paper roll under to create a neat triangle. 😀 And Albert and the valet team! Imagine my surprise after checking out, that my car was not starting with me being 5 hours away from home. They were so nice and patient, especially considering they had many visitors and were quite busy at the time. Finally after about 1.5 hours of multiple attempts, and the team jiggling wires and what not, it started! Their genuine concern that I make my journey back safely, in the middle of their hectic workload made an impression on me. Well I made it back guys!!! Thank you all so much. In today's fast paced society with so much happening around the world, the staff here made my stay feel like home, and I cannot say enough about their kindness and hospitality. Thank you, and I will definitely recommend others to your establishment.

Fantastic 5-night stay. The location is terrific and the free breakfast was good. The only issues we had were the noise level coming from the halls (you hear everything) and the shower water pressure being extremely low due to the type of shower heads. But I'd definitely recommend it and will come back in the future.

We went on Tuesday it wasn't too busy. Got to ride every ride. The park is absolutely beautiful. So we'll themed. It was hot but plenty of shaded areas to sit or get water. I bought two soveneir mugs for $20 with free refills. No shows were running today. Family had a blast. Love the train ride around the park and thru the querry wall with the water falls.

Fantastic hotel! Service: the staff is kind and attentive. From check-in to waitstaff to maintenance and everyone else, they always are happy to greet you or assist in any way. Location: right on the river walk in a classic great looking historical building. The rooftop has a pool and one of the better views of downtown. Amenities: complimentary breakfast and dinner with drinks will save you a lot of money if you choose to eat at the hotel. I found the food to be good quality and always stocked. The hotel bar has good food as well for a fair price. The valet parking is is pretty good as you can text or use an app to call your car before you leave the room Rooms: our room was clean and pretty spacious and the bathroom was nice. Elevators can be a bit slow but not excessively. Overall: I’m very happy we booked this room. It was in a great location downtown with a great staff making our stay pleasant. I would quickly book this hotel again if I stay in San Antonio

Stayed at this hotel the last week of May 2023 for just one night. It was exceptional! The location is perfectly situated in downtown San Antonio right along the river walk, very beautiful. The entire building is kept very clean as is the room I stayed in which was spotless and had great views and a large balcony! On the reservation we noted that we were visiting on our honeymoon and the manager personally checked us in, wished a big congratulations, gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, and upgraded our room to a very large king bed suite complete with jacuzzi for no extra cost. Now THAT’S what I call above and beyond service! Also have to mention that the breakfast and dinner that are included in the room price were decent, not the highest quality food but tasty and filling with lots of variety none the less and the service staff were so friendly and welcoming to everyone. Three alcoholic drinks included per adult guest at dinner, a fabulous way to kick off a fun evening on the town! Truly this hotel is fabulous and I tell you, don’t look any further for a place to stay if you’re visiting San Antonio, you won’t regret!
