Valet is mismanaged and you will be left waiting on the street with busy traffic trying to get into the hotel. Rooms are cold despite switching off A/C and robes that were supposed to be in a room were missing. It took 4 attempts to get the robes until we had to wait in the lobby to get them ourselves. They double charged us for the rooms we already paid for and when I notice and ran to the lobby to resolved that. The manager on duty Natasha didn’t even apologize for this $500 oversight! I shared with her my experience and she said she is sorry then. I am not coming back. The hotel next door Westin is so much nicer and I will be going there next time in am in S.A. The restaurant by the river is fantastic and the staff there was excellent. The bell service is also very helpful. But for the money you spend here for 4 star hotel is not the value you get. All bathroom products are 2 star quality - Dial soup for 4 star price?

The front desk staff are friendly, but the rooms do not meet the standards of ‘luxury boutique hotel’. The bathroom sink had a mildew ring around it. We were in a ‘deluxe’ room and when a charger fell behind the couch and we went to get it from under the couch, we realized it hadn’t been cleaned in God knows how long. There was a large toy, the 2nd TV remote that we thought didn’t exist, burger wrappers, hair balls, etc. The front desk offered to have the room cleaned the next morning (it was ‘cleaned’ this morning by housekeeping). They offered to move us to another room, but it would just be another room cleaned to the same standards. Very disappointed and concerned with the cleanliness of everything in the room now.

The extra taxes and amenity fees on top of the price of the room is something I could have done without. It added an extra 70 dollars. Other than that, the room was nice. Great location by the riverwalk. It had a small fridge and no microwave so eat all of your food because you won' t be able to reheat it later. My room had a nice view of the city. You have the option of using Valet or finding parking yourself...Good luck finding parking though, and if you do, it will be at an open parking lot with no security. The staff was nice. This also has a fitness center and a pool. All in all, it was a nice place to stay.

The price was a little too high for the quality of the rooms, the staff was a little rude, and they charged extra for literally everything, had a new charge every day.

Thank you Viviana for being so wonderful and sweet. Special shout out to the general manager who was incognito and offered to our picture! Thank you Jarrod for being so gracious, and over accommodating at brunch this morning. Fast Eddie rolled out the red carpet. Valet looked sharp and on point.
