We very much enjoyed our time at Hugman's Oasis during our road trip across West Texas! My partner and I had only planned to stay for one drink before catching the 9pm show at The Saga around the corner, but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we immediately came back for another after the show was over.
Joan was very friendly and knowledgeable; proudly showed off some of the tiki mugs in their display cabinet and even made me a drink off-menu. Absolutely loved the vibes here, the other patrons were chill and friendly as well.

Drinks were good but the inside had a weird smell. We tried to sit inside but couldn't stand it so moved outside. Besides that it was a quiet place to have a drink and enjoy the view.

I didn't try any food but the drinks were 🔥. David was awesome, very knowledgeable. I'm a big enthusiast & this kind of experience is rare. Shaken Daiquiri & Port Au Prince cocktails so balanced & tasty 🤤 Hopefully I can go back tomorrow 😁🍹. Day 2 we had the Mai Tai, Zombie 🧟‍♂️, & Disco Daiquiri all 🔥 thanks for the tip about Alamo city liquor!@

Brandon is the best!! Drinks were soo good and the atmosphere is different than the other bars on the river walk! Worth visiting

We are big tiki fans, and make it a mission to try tiki bars all over the country, wherever we visit.

The atmosphere of this one was excellent and the drinks were decent.

But... the service was awful. Probably the slowest I've experienced at a tiki bar. We had to ask to be served, from getting menus, to ordering drinks, to getting the check etc. I even asked about buying their branded mugs and the server never ended up taking the time to show me the products. Additionally most of the bartenders did not appear to be having an enjoyable time.

I would skip this tiki bar, simply due to the lackluster service.

Hugman’s is our new favorite tiki spot to bring friends while visiting. This is our 3rd time since the new year and the drinks are always great. We had excellent service from Chrissy even with a packed bar and her basically running the whole show by her self.

My boyfriend and I ate dinner at the restaurant upstairs. We found this bar as a nice surprise! My drink tasted okay, but the atmosphere was stellar.

A fun and festive place on the River Walk to grab drinks. I also got the brisket egg rolls on the appetizer menu. Tokyo Cowboy is upstairs. Everything was great!!

The classic tikis and the house specials are all good choices.

The selection of glasses is great and sitting at the bar is the best way to see the drinks made right in front of you.

Small selection of bar food. The spam musubi roll (two small pieces) is good, if a little too small.

Cute bar that is on the River Walk. Staff was great. Definitely vacationy drink menu. I was here cinco de mayo and expected more tailored drink options. But it was ok. Tried the Texas Tornado and it was definitely strong. Beautiful views next to the bridge.

I really like tiki bars and this one did not disappoint! The atmosphere inside is dark and a little eerie. The cocktails are all themed to match the vibe. Definitely swing by for a drink when you’re in the area. Hugman’s is definitely a fun experience!
