Hands down the best restaurant in town. Me and my wife sit at the bar and the bar tender’s took care of us and we have been going back to those two bartenders here at this restaurant for a while now and honestly it just gets better every time.

My wife loves your lobster mac ‘n cheese. As always, the food was prepared to perfection and the service was impeccable. The only negative is the two annoying fruit flies/gnats that were buzzing around the table. However, Frank, our server was kind enough to bring a small glass of red wine, per our request, to attract the flies and keep them away from our food.

Went for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and from the moment we walked in the entire staff made us feel like royalty. We frequent all of the upscale steak houses in San Antonio and this is definitely our new favorite! Isaac was extremely attentive and made our night go really well. The food was great as I expected, but the service was really what stood out. At similar restaurants they have great service as well, but the little things like escorting my wife to the restroom and staying near our table making sure to be prepared to pull her chair out when she came back was the extra bit of service that stood out to me. 10/10 of course, new favorite steak house in SA.

This restaurant is awesome .. it is not only steak/food/desert you eat, also service is wonderful.. you won’t regret.. we have been visiting J Prime and it is one of our favorite steak house and also whoever we take there, now their favorite… be careful, J Prime can be your addiction after first try !! 😬😜

Had a last minute drink here last night, it was clearly closing time but theres still, some guests at the bar so he kinda did us a favor. Our kind bartender was named Jacob, he worked above & beyond. Kitchen was close, since it was my birthday at 12midnight, he did his very best to make it a little extra and put some candle. This type of worker deserved to be commended. Hope you remember us with this photo. Your kind gesture was very much appreciated.

This was a complete success from food, service and atmosphere. Our server was excellent. It was my birthday, covered my first glass of red wine, my steak was cooked to my specs and our sides were excellent. The huge slice of birthday cake at the end completed a awesome dining experience. We celebrated our engagement here with a lovely dinner. Service was top notch! Our servers were very attentive and caring. The charcuterie board was delicious as well as the Tomahawk we had and the lobster mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. The atmosphere inside was romantic with dim lighting. We would definitely come back here for special occasions! Hoping they open a location in Dallas!

Loved the lobster bisque. I got the ribeye with the baked potato. The food here is amazing. All of the servers are attentive and care about their customers. I was looking around during my dining experience, and i was observant on how they all work together to deliver excellent service. My only thing was that it was extremely loud. I went on a Thursday at 6 pm, I'm not sure if it was the echoing due to the high ceilings. It's definitely one of the loudest restaurants I've attended.
