I called more than eight times over two hours trying to reach someone who could help recover it. Each time, I waited several minutes before the call was eventually disconnected without anyone answering.

When calling, I tried all the options: reservations, accounting, speaking with a representative and even TPC and sales. When someone finally answered reached from reservations, the agent only kept telling me to select the front desk option. Even after I explained there is no front desk option in the menu. She was not helpful and did not offer to transfer me or find another solution other than waiting until I got the front desk option (which doesn't exist).

I had a similar issue when trying to book a TPC tee time: long waits, no answers, and no real support.

For a property at this level, the phone service is unacceptable. Guests should be able to reach the front desk, especially for something urgent like recovering a laptop. Looks like they have no idea of what customer service and hospitality means.

The family loved the multiple pools, water slides, and lazy river so much that we never left the resort during our week long stay.

We enjoyed each of their restaurants, including the steakhouse, so depending upon your mood, you will have an option that works for you.

Would also recommend a cabana rental in advance, which was a great way to get some shade, rest, and great pool side service.

They have a selection of kids' activities each day, which our kids took advantage of daily. The projects were different throughout the entire week.

Beautiful views and resort! Would highly recommend.
