We've been coming here for 18 years to make ornaments. The staff has always friendly and incredibly helpful.

We had my son's 4th birthday party here. Id give them 10 stars if i could. They made it beyond easy to get the date and time set, and were beyond helpful in every step. We had over 20 guest that painted something and the total price blew me away with how cheap it ended up being. Id also like to shout out the worker who worked with us over the weeks leading up to the party, her name is Kasandra and she was one of the sweetest people i have met. She was beyond helpful with my wife while they set up the party and during the party she never stopped working hard and helping my family with whatever they needed. This place was a great experience and the things they let you pick to paint were all very well crafted. 10/5 stars

Went on a Thursday with a group. Nothing was set up or ready. Associate was unpacking boxes instead. No instructions were given, we had to figure out everything ourselves. You would think they would provide a quick explanation to a large group or provide a print out of instructions if youre to busy to take the time and explain. Very odd business. This place just did not seem organized. Was told items would be ready for pick up in 3 to 5 business days. Stopped by on 5th business day and was told items would likely be ready by 9th business day. Communication sucks. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

This is the second time we have been to this place and loved it both times. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. They are super friendly and very professional. Fun for the whole family!

I have been here twice with family, we have all enjoyed the experience and truly love it! Madison was so helpful not only with choosing colors but she also kept checking to make sure we were doing okay and answered any questions we had. We will definitely keep going back.

**BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM** Go somewhere else for painting pottery! The ceramics are expensive with most pieces being between $32-$48, all with “Made in China” labels. However, there is no paint or kiln cost it’s all included with the price of the ceramic so it makes sense that it is on the higher side. But with the cost of paint included we watched the employee ADD WATER into the paint bottles there. Then when I went to use the black paint it was so watery that it bled onto my other designs. I mean it’s ceramic paint, not water color. When I told the girl working she said her boss added too much water to the black paint. My mom asked for the name of her boss and the girl said Videria but not sure how to spell it but didn’t want to give her name. When I asked what to do about my piece because I had just spent hours working on it to have black paint run on it, she asked what I wanted her to do about it. I mean I feel like if you work at a pottery shop you should know how to wipe off paint or fix something if it gets messed up. My brother was working on a larger piece and on his second coat of paint when she came over and told him less goes farther. And took his paint away to bring him back a little amount. I’m not sure that treating people this way and diluting paints is the best way to run a paint pottery shop. If a boss or owner wants to reach out with their contact info my mom has a photo of the girl. At the end we spent $140 for four small ceramics and had inattentive service, and saw how slimy a business this place really is.

We had so much fun here! First you pick the pottery piece that you want to do; then you paint and create and hope that your ability and can remotely resemble your imagination! They provide the supplies such as paint, brushes, stencils, glitter, paper towels, and water. You pay for your item when you're finished and ready to go. They'll let you know in about a week or 10 days when your item has been fired and is ready to pick up.

Honestly didn't think I'd have as much fun as I did here. The price for the pieces does range from about $25 to $50+ but they're beautifully crafted and they provide everything you need, paint brushes, paint, stamps and they even have free juice and waters which was nice. After about 2 weeks your piece will be ready for you to pick up. Pieces also rotate depending on the season. I love that they have plain pieces for you to customize or pieces already made where you just have to paint. I paid $100 for 2 plates and one paw print but it was a well worth it activity. The lady at the front was also VERY attentive and helpful.

Online and all the signs on the doors said open. But doors were locked. I even tried to call with no answer.

This library is huge and beautiful. The children's area is large and well organized to make books easy for kids to find. There is also a teen space that is very teen-friendly. All employees that I interacted with were kind and helpful. We were able to park in the attached parking garage and get our parking validated, which was really nice since parking downtown can get really expensive.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! I’ve been coming here for years and everyone is always so kind, accommodating, and helpful. Super laid back environment and always enjoy my time here. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys crafts

We had a blast here!! The price is about ~$35 per person but some can be more expensive. The host and staff were very nice and welcoming! It’s great for all ages :•)
