Pan & Coffee is a bakery and coffee business that first opened its doors in 2020. The establishment is known for its contemporary Mexican breads, gourmet organic coffee, and home-style cooking. Our menu is influenced by the merging of American and Mexican cooking styles, bringing together the finest elements of both cultures to produce an original and cutting-edge eating experience. At Pan&Coffee, we take great pride in the fact that we always provide ingredients that are both fresh and of a high quality. We want to spread the joy that we get from trying new flavors and having delicious food and drink. We are aware that the appropriate recipe, presented in the appropriate setting, will always be appreciated.

I feel we might have hit on a bad day for our first try based on so many positive reviews and we love that it’s a cute local place BUT - it was super slow weekday morning to go service time (7:15 am) coffee was ok but not great, breakfast sandwich totally burned (including the cheese!) on one side & quiche dry and hard all around the whole outside - either left too hot in warming oven or just old. Or both. Side salad for quiche was ok, loved the chickpeas in it, vinegrette seemed homemade.The prices are really just a little too high for what you get even if it had been really good (sandwich was $11 with no sides, quiche was $12 with a very small side of salad, portion sizes didn’t justify price) and for first thing in the morning food should have been fresh not burned/dry/leftovers vibe.We didn’t try any but the pastries looked good so maybe that’s where they shine! Our kids have been asking to go so if we give it another shot (and only would because it’s a neighborhood business) it will be for pastries.

We really love this place. Always great food! Sometimes the pastries are a little bit dry otherwise spectacular

Love this place. Great ambiance and delicious food. I’d recommend going early if you want a bigger selection of pastries because they go fast!!! The peanut butter and jelly concha and the pistachio croissant were soft and tasty. Also had the breaded chicken torta and my husband had the grilled cheese, both of which were inviting and flavorful. Variety of coffee options too (milks, flavors, etc)

Vibe- This is a nice bakery/coffee shop in San Antonio, TX. There’s some seating outside and plenty of seating inside. It seems like the baked items are a hit here and people come in to have them frequently. I didn’t try any on my visit, but, they all looked great!Customer service- Great!Food/drinks- I got a hot matcha latte with oatmilk.Parking- There’s plenty of spots in the lot.

This was my first time eating here, and it was amazing! I went with my girlfriends to get some brunch. I got the breakfast plate and a mocha coffee & it was soooo good! The restaurant is set up so cute and it does have indoor and some outdoor seating. I didn’t try their pan, but right when you walk in there’s a variety of pans to choose from and a whole menu of different foods as well! Our food came out pretty fast & it was pretty cool to see that they actually make the pastries right behind the people taking your order, so you know they make it fresh! I will be visiting again and next time I am going to try some of their pans, come here! It is delicious!!
