We hadn't been to the aquarium for a while just because we haven't had time till recently. I was disappointed by their upgrades. We bought the season pass because we intended to go more frequently but after today we may go a couple more times this year and then be done. My son likes the animals but we also go for the bounce house room and ball pit. The kids could run around while the adults sat and rested which was awesome. Snack bar was right there so that was great. There are now only 3 of the small bounce houses which were overrun. The bounce house room now has pickle ball, pool and ping pong tables. Sorry but I have zero interest in any of those even if they were free which they are not.

I will not be going again. They took off the moon bounce houses in the middle room across from string rays and replaced it with pickle ball. The only bounce house is were the ball pit used to be and one with the pickle ball. The outside they made by the cafe is plain and I’m guessing mainly for adults. Why do we need a bar or adult area with animals and Children especially when kids go for field trips. I guess kinda like the zoo bt the worst part is those stupid charges on top of charges. Their surcharges of 3% or person plus if you use your cc it’s an extra 3%. The smart ass lady in front said it’s for the animals ugh no it’s not because the poor penguin’s don’t even have cold freezing temperature water. So obviously they ain’t doing a good job. I canceled my membership last year once I heard about the surcharges but I wanted to go today to see the outcome and it is not great.

It's OK, but they truly charge you for everything.

Sooooo much better than we expected! Very interactive ! My 6 & 6 year old granddaughters loved hand feeding the stingrays, walking with the koi fish, petting the iguanas and feeding the parakeets. Spent about 4 hours here and could have stayed longer. Very few people during the day mid week.

I had a WONDERFUL time here. This is the most interactive aquarium I have ever been to. Very kid friendly and amazing experience for adults as well. The bird cages were my absolute favorite! It is so much fun feeding birds. I love the way how they all flock to you all at once. I can’t wait to go back!

Definitely worth the money. We went to the one is Austin that was not good. This is the same company but way bigger, more animals, staff was friendly and cleaner. They had stations for washing hands. There was a arcade, and bouncy castles as well inside. My son loved it we all did plenty to see and interact with.

This place deserves more credit and it’s fun for adults as a date night and and the family as a getaway. I’m rating this aquarium 5 stars for many reasons but primarily because of how interactive the experience was with the wildlife. The second thing that caught my eye was how amazing the staff was. They all seemed to love their job so much. I felt positive energy in every area. I didn’t catch the name of the female employee who allowed us to pet the snake but WOW … I’m blown away with how amazing she was. She provided so much information on the reptiles and you could tell how passionate she was. I will definitely be back!
