We were incredibly impressed by both the food and service at Signature. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. The food was delicious! We ordered the fried oysters and caviar, beef tartare, sea bass and the tagliolini pasta. All were so flavor forward and wonderfully portioned. They also surprise you with a little amuse bouche in between service that were exceptional. I could have gladly ordered an entire bowl of the soup. We cannot wait to return.

Absolutely Amazing!! The service, atmosphere, and food are all incredible. A group of us come in last week to celebrate our co-workers 60th and Signature made it so special! Our waiter Johnny, was exceptional and made everyone feel so welcome, we never had to ask for anything, and He remembered all of our names throughout the dinner! Thank you so much for a wonderful memory maker!

The food was fantastic. We had the Chef's Spring Menu dinner with the wine pairing and it was exquisite. The taste journey through the 8 courses was great and the presentation was beautiful. Our server, Jeff was excellent and took great care of us. My wife is gluten and dairy free, so they made a separate dessert for her that was gluten free. We look forward to coming back next time we're in San Antonio.

We enjoyed such a fabulous dinner at Signature Restaurant to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary! We had a cute little table by the window. Everything was so lovely and absolutely delicious! Our favorite dish was the Chilean Sea Bass. But we were taken by suprise with theC h o c o l a t eA n a r c h y dessert. Withtriple chocolate, hazelnut,blood orange sorbet, it was the dill that made this dessert outstandingly brilliant! Staff spoiled us. We can't wait to go back with family and friends!

The definition of class and service. From their tea service to the little stool they bring you to put your purse, every single detail of your dining is curated. Definitely one of the best in San Antonio. If you are in love with sunsets make sure to make your reservation around that time. The glass walls are the best views

I have been wanting to go here for awhile and surprisingly even on a Wednesday evening they are really busy. Once you order service is very attentive. Coming here is an experience; not just you order your food, eat, and leave, you take courses, and you enjoy the ambiance. Definitely not an everyday experience but one worth experiencing. The food and beverages are right on point. The bar gives you just what you want and the food keeps coming with small bites to you in between your meals. I really loved that.

Signature offers a true fine dining experience. Every single little detail is meticulously thought of with you in mind and it’s clear to see. The food is immaculate and the service is unmatched and better than some Michelin star restaurants I’ve been to. I brought my fiancée here for his birthday and it was lovely to witness all of the staff tell him happy birthday. If you want excellent service, excellent cocktails and dining, come to signature. The only *minor* qualm I had with my experience was seating; I would have preferred a table for two instead of the round table for four, but that’s okay. The evening was perfect. And a special thank you to our server Tim.
