This place was truly amazing. Karen is A1. She works with you and ensures the venue is everything you ever dreamed of. She helped to make sure my wedding day went off seamlessly. The grounds are especially beautiful during the day and at night. I can't even say enough about Karen. If you're on the fence just take the leap. Karen has got you and the ground don't disappoint. Absolutely stunning!!!! Thank you

I didn’t use this venue but I had an experience with the owner. I live behind the venue and my cat had gotten out. I thought he might have gotten into the venue so I called just to check I was surprised to reach the owner. While she could have just said no she told me she would look herself when she went later on and her husband would keep an eye out. Later on she called me back and told me I could come to the property and look myself. SHE LET ME SEARCH THE WHOLE PROPERTY FOR MY LOST KITTY. She even checked the cameras for any animals. She was sweet and concerned the whole time. Thankfully my kitty was found safe. I just wanted to do something for the owner for her heart of gold and showed some kindness to a crazy cat lady.

TLDR: owner has heart of gold she deserves business!

Our wedding venue was the perfect all-in-one package, offering true minimalistic elegance in a space that is airy, intimate, and beautifully designed. It creates the kind of atmosphere where you don’t need a lot to make it magical. Their pricing is also super competitive, especially for everything included.

Karen was phenomenal from start to finish. She is organized, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure every couple has the wedding day they deserve. Coordinating security services, guiding us through details, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. It’s clear that making a couple’s big day unforgettable is truly Karen’s passion, and it shows in every interaction. If you want your ceremony and reception in the same location, this venue is absolutely ideal.

Did I mention that there are gorgeous chandeliers throughout the property?!?? Absolutely stunning!!

One of the biggest perks is the network of vendors who already know this venue inside and out. I ended up choosing them individually on my own, not realizing I had tapped into a team that regularly works together. It made planning effortless and our wedding day seamless:

The only new-to-the-venue vendors were Blue Jays classic car send-off and Ready, set, snap photo booth, and both were fantastic.

Back to The Gardens at West Green, the relationships Karen has built over the years with local vendors speak volume to the exceptional quality of her venue and services.
Each time I told a new vendor the name of the venue (for booking purposes), they had only wonderful things to say. I can’t recommend it enough. Book with The Gardens at West Green and you will not regret it!

I can honestly say that having my wedding at the Gardens at West Green was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the moment that I first communicated with Karen up until my wedding day, it was always a peaceful and calm experience. Karen is truly such a blessing and this venue is more than just a business for her, you can feel it is her calling! I planned my wedding in 4 months and even with not a lot of time to plan, Karen was very communicative regarding every detail. The day of my rehearsal she gave me so much comfort knowing that she would be there on my wedding day to help oversee things to ensure the ceremony happened without a hitch. And it honestly did. Karen went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was special and it was! The venue was absolutely perfect! It’s gorgeous and so well kept. You don’t need decorations as it’s beautiful on its own. My only addition was rose petals down the aisle. There were butterflies and singing birds during our ceremony that happened to just show up which were beautiful and I had no idea that they were even in the gardens but they showed up at our ceremony. ❤️We got tons of compliments on how beautiful the venue is! I honestly could go on and on but I will just say… book this venue. You won’t regret it! My day was beyond memorable and yours will be too! Thank you Karen from the bottom of our hearts! Where do I even begin….. Karen is the most warm, welcoming, professional, accessible, fun & AMAZING venue manager a bride could ask for. The Gardens was the most romantic, peaceful, clean venue. (The hem/train of my dress didn’t even get dirty/thrashed!)
Flowing fountain, hanging chandeliers, butterflies & birds. We were able to customize alter locations with a backup option if it rained. Caterer or food truck options (we ended up doing pizza with custom boxes!).You really get to make the space your own. During our day it got pretty warm & humid, Karen provided many large electric fans to help cool everyone off. She helped to make everything effortless, I felt very well taken care of. I am so overjoyed that I picked The Gardens and I absolutely adore Karen.

Absolutely beautiful venue! It was perfect for my wedding in early March. It felt like I was in a fairytale! Karen was so wonderful! She was so helpful and made the process so much easier. I would highly recommend this venue for a beautiful and affordable wedding!

We loved our venue so much for our wedding! Karen was amazing to work with and the venue is breathtaking! I love how the layout keeps everyone close quarters to make the guest feel included yet we had plenty of room for our wedding of about 100 people! There even was room for a photo booth, dj, the bar, , it was just perfect! If you want a romantic venue my guest said they had never been to a more beautiful venue!

This place is beautiful and can be decorated to meet any color and scheme. Karen was friendly, very helpful throughout the process and even until the send off. Our wedding and experience were beautiful. We strongly recommend The Gardens at West Green for your wedding or special event.

This venue was a real treasure and I am so thankful to have found it! I had my wedding at The Gardens in early March and it was an absolute fairy tale. There were even butterflies flying around us during the ceremony. The grounds are gorgeous and we did very little additional decorating. Plus, the pictures are stunning! Karen was a dream to work with; she really went above and beyond for us. Of all the things I was stressing about before the wedding, the venue wasn't one of them in the slightest. We felt so well taken care of! I would give more than five stars if possible.
