At The Palm, we adhere to a straightforward concept, which is to treat visitors as if they were members of our own family, to provide excellent cuisine, and to consistently exceed customers' expectations. When Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi founded the first Palm restaurant in New York City in 1926, that was the year that this philosophy was born. Pio and John made it clear from the very beginning that they were dedicated to providing exceptional service and that they would extend a warm welcome to anybody who entered their establishment. What started out as a restaurant evolved into a second home for a diverse group of people, including movie stars and working families, business magnates and civic leaders, artists and authors. The Palm remains a location in which you may take a time for yourself, connect with the essential people in your life via meaningful discussion, and have an amazing dinner together with those people.
