Windflower Spa

The spa food menu is limited, but there are other restaurants on site that I recommend visiting. We ended up ordering lunch from the menu and the staff were very helpful in getting it to us quickly before our services. The disappointment really comes from not having service available when it comes to ordering drinks or additional items at the pool. You have to dry off every time you want a glass of wine and ask for it at the front desk. This makes it difficult to enjoy relaxing when you are required to get up multiple times. We also asked twice about ordering a bottle and never received an update.

Overview: services were relaxing, environment clean and rustic in design, Hyatt needs to update their luxury services to match the cost and marketed quality of the experience. Also, please add honey to your hot tea bar!

Roxy's deep tissue massage technique was nothing short of magic. The pressure she applied was both firm and precise, allowing for a truly immersive and therapeutic experience. The free mimosas were nice, but you can only get them when there happens to be someone there to pour them for you. I think they’re told to only be available here and there so they don’t serve a lot of them. The spa pool water was chilly since it’s completely shaded. My wife couldn’t stay in it long and it was 100 degrees outside. It’s a nice area though. It would be nice if they delivered drinks to you in pool area like La Cantera does. That’s more our speed.
