On Sunday morning, I decided to take my family of 4 to try their breakfast after seeing their IG Post. I asked on their post if we needed a reservation and no response. So, we decided to go and by the time 11am (time they open) we'd check in through online. Online said they had no wait time, but when we got there was a line. They were only taking reservations and if the people that reserved weren't there by 1115am they would take a few people on the list they had. The lady in charge of taking names needs training. We asked to be put on the list and said they were only taking reservations that she isn't in charge of no one answering on social media, Google wait list, and answering the phones. Her response was pretty scripted meaning that's a common issue this restaurant has and seems they have no knowing how to fix it. She was basically cleaning her hands and placing the blame on someone other than her. Her recommendation was to go in the day before and place a reservations. You're charging people $30 per person to eat here and this is the experience you're giving people. What about tourist that want to visit your restaurant? People that don't live close by to go in to make a reservation. That is a horrible recommendation or not sure if that's your only solution. That experience alone had me walking. It's just not worth the hassle.

Always a great experience at Paesanos. We went recently for a family members birthday and it was amazing! I had the rib eye, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. I ordered it medium rare and that’s how it came all the way through, which is always impressive to me on a bone-in steak. It also came with a house salad, which could be swapped for a cesar. The mashed potatoes were delicious and buttery. The asparagus had a slight char and all the delicious flavor you’d expect that to come with. It also came with two Shrimp Paesano. These are a house staple and have to be tried. Juicy, crispy, citrus/butter sauce, words don’t do them justice. Our server was very attentive and our party of 8 received all the food at the same time. It’s a gorgeous place. Minimalistic, large open spaces, concrete floors, beautiful bar and separate bar seating area. The traffic was a little intense on the way there, but we met right after rush hour and we’re seated within 5 minutes or checking in. It was a Wednesday, but the place was pretty full. It didn’t seem to detract from the service. The food came out quickly, too.

They only have five botanas to choose from... so don't come hungry lol the drinks and shots however were really good! Our server took a little bit too long to check in on us, but the atmosphere was legit 👏🏽👏🏽 the dj came on at 8pm and played some tejano oldies 👌🏽
