    What makes it fun

Confluence Park is much more than just a park. It is run by a non-profit company known as the San Antonio River Foundation. They believe in educating people on environmental sustainability. The park consists of an interactive and educational greenspace for visitors to enjoy and partake in their mission. The park was made possible through the foundations ability to transform what was once an industrial laydown yard into a large, unique structure where guests are able to walk in and all around this incredible piece of giant sustainable art. The park resides along the river side of Mission Reach in downtown San Antonio. It is a beautiful site on its own but the river views create that much more of a glorious experience here. Have your union be associated with something as passionate and ethical as your ever lasting love is.

Love this park! Paved walk way all along the river, spaces for fishing. All types of animals to watch spiders, turtles, crawfish and snakes from what I have been able to see.

Doesn't strike me as a normal nature park. Feels more like a giant piece of utopian art. By late Nov it starts to lose its charm.

We are looking for our family picnic location. I think this is it!!! Children playground, clean picnic area with tables, restrooms, and plenty of rooms for everyone.

Great place to walk, run, and most importantly, do yoga and community events on Sunday at 10am.They also host free fruit tree giveaways in the spring. Awesome place, we are regulars.

Nice park. Love the painted benches where they have the pollinating garden. The walk along the greenway is nice. The only thing I didn't care for much was the parking lot. All the loose gravel. But it does help slow down those who like to drive fast into a parking lock and pull out fast as well. This park is well used. Very nice.

Clean. Bathrooms readily available. Beautiful part of our city. All paved walking and biking trails. Walkers and bikes use the same paved walking trail. There are benches for rest stops along the way. Lots to explore on the walk, especially of you take the direction towards the missions. If ya take the Southtown, Lone Star, direction of the trail, you'll end up near Bluestar which has a coffee shop, brewery beer place, amd plenty of eateries. Dogs ARE allowed, BUT MUST BE ON LEASH and there's dog water fountains and poop stations.
