DONT VISIT THIS PLACE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went for a murder mystery event and couldn’t even get served at the bar the bartender were to busy looking off into space to attend to me even when I asked. The whole place had terrible service. DONT VISIT!

Beautiful hotel!!! Great location!!! Only disappointment was not being told beforehand that the champaign bubbler tubs had been removed. This was the main reason for booking the room. I was given a $100 discount. I was was also given an upgrade prior to arriving. Still a great experience and would definitely book a room there again.

Very nice hotel, would stay there again. But last morning going to take showers. No hot water....It was close to everything we wanted to do, easy in and out.

The Emily Morgan is a great hotel! The rooms are updated and comfortable. The beds are high-quality and we got a great nights rest on them. The valet service was exceptional and Jay M was very helpful , prompt, and courteous.

I stayed at the Emily Morgan hotel on 10/15 - 10/17. The experience from beginning to end was unpleasant. For one I did not know the history of this hotel. It was Halloween month so the hotel was decorated in horror decorations. Not cute pumpkin fall but demonic evil decorations. I was placed on the 14th floor and heard doors shutting all day and night but never seen anyone in the halls. I didn't sleep comfortably for 2 days. When checking out the valet service at $50 night brought my car around, my car was broken into. I was one of a few in the locked garage that was broken in. I called the police and missed the meeting I was in town for, to file a report. The valet service and hotel are going back and forth on who is responsible. I had to file repairs on my insurance and all my items in my car were stolen. Come to find out their secure parking garage is not secure. There are no cameras and the gate doesn't close all the way. You don't find this out until after the damage is done. Stay at your own risk but I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We Celebrated our Anniversary/honeymoon this past weekend. Every hotel staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Especially Johnny. He made our stay feel very welcomed and memorable for us. We appreciate everything he did for us!

Staff was exceptional. Caleb checked up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Location was PHENOMENAL, walking distance to everything. Nice cold rooms to cool down from the summer heat. Ghosts were friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options. Would 100% recommend :)

What a fabulous hotel. We celebrated our10 year anniversary here and so glad we did. It was perfect. Geat service from the valet to the front desk. Amazing view of the Alamo in the king suites. Lovely room with a fabulous garden tub. I can't wait for another occasion to come back.

The room was amazing!!! Huge and with the amazing tub with massage bubbles!!!! The location is across the street from the Alamo. So convenient. The service was not bad until we asked front desk for some spoons that never arrived. we called 2 times and each time we assured we would receive them and never did. Other than that everything was great, happy stay😊
