I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. I came back from work ready to unwind from a long day of work only to find out that I had basically been evicted from my room. When I asked the front desk why my key was not working she proceeded to lie to me and said I only booked for 1 night. I pulled up my confirmation to show her I booked for 2 nights. She explained that there must have been a glitch in their system then. She then issued me a new working key and assured me all of my things would be in my room as I left them. I was skeptical but I had no reason to believe she would lie. I went upstairs and found all of my things were gone! I marched back down stairs and informed her again that my things were missing (including my laptop!) A quick look in the back room revealed that my belongings were stuffed in a plastic bag at reception. I have never been more humiliated. At this point I am furious and almost in tears because I have not received an explanation nor have I received an apology for what happened to me. She then proceeded to hand me my things with a simple “here you go” as if they hadn’t just evicted me and stuffed my toothbrush in a bag with my sneakers. As if a stranger hadn’t been in my room touching all of my things. I travel a lot for work so I always make sure to put the DND sign up for this reason. I don’t like people in my room when I’m not there. Not only were there people in my room but there were also strangers rummaging my things. I immediately asked to speak to her manager. When the manager arrived, she told the manager that my reservation was for 2 days (LIKE I SAID) but it looked like someone had checked me out at 5 am that morning. This was news to me! Why did she not share this information with me? Why wait for the manager? Additionally I never received any notification that I had been checked out. Like I said, I travel A LOT. I’m a Hilton diamond member who has stayed at this hotel before so I know how this works. I ALWAYS get an email and notification in the app when I am checked out of my room. I received no notification. I feel like they had ample opportunity to catch the mistake. For example, why would the clean up staff not ask why my room still had all of my belongings in it? Shouldn’t the room service staff alert reception that there might be a mistake? Why would no one call me and ask why I would leave my things behind after checking out? Why did it take me getting home from work at 6pm and informing them to realize there was a problem? I should also add that it’s not like they needed the room (since I had technically booked it for 2 nights). They didn’t even clean it. My bed was still unmade just as I left it. So why take all my things out? This whole thing felt so hateful. I’ve never been treated this way by anyone. The worst was the lack of apology. I basically had to beg for one from the manager. Ruined my entire evening and trip. Needless to say, I will never be staying here again. Please retrain your staff on basic respect and chain of custody.

Stayed many times for business and it's my go to. Close to the airport with a shuttle. The service is great and the rooms are comfortable with uniquely fashioned furnishings. Great value too.

Try and get a courtyard facing room for the noise. There's a lot of walkable restaurants but the one in the lobby was pretty good for breakfast

First time using the Tapestry line up of Hilton Hotels, very impressed. Wasnt sure about the location, right off of the highway, but once inside the design makes you feel isolated and away from the bustling highway. Common areas were beautiful, inside and outside. Lots of fountain features, art, and tropical plants which were great. Made you feel like you're at an escape. Rooms were beautiful, nice bed and shower. Service was good. Ample parking and felt safe. Overall great experience and will likely seek out other Tapestry line ups in the future.
