Great spot! The rooms were lovely, but the staff are the real 5 star recipients. Everyone from housekeeping to front desk to Dani in Valet - absolute rockstars!

Very nice and beautiful park in downtown San Antonio. Lots of attractions and amenities within the area, very nice and beautiful Riverwalk, I definitely enjoyed my daily walks near the river. Lots of shops, stores, and bars within the vicinity of the park and the Tower of the Americas is also located in this park. I enjoyed my nighwalks in this park, lots of lights and people. It's definitely worth visiting when you're in San Antonio

My family had a quick one night stay during the peak of summer at the Grand Hyatt and it was remarkable. The location is too much to even try to write here, between the mall and the hidden walk to the Tower of the Americas, it was all perfect. The TERRACE OF THE 5th is phenomenal! The concierge service, impeccable. The family safe pool was at the top of or list of reasons to return!Will we return… already planning it!

My family and I have been to several hotels, and most of our experience at Grand Hyatt was superb. Very clean, very organized, top golf simulator, swimming pool was nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. Only one concern that we had, but not enough of a concern to make less than five stars. Upon checkout, we had time to spend before going to the airport. We had asked the woman at the front desk if there was another floor than the lobby where we could stay for an hour before taking an Uber. She recommended that we exit the facility and sit outside. We had luggage and it wasn’t really an option, especially with it being as hot as it was. Not a good recommendation. Maybe this person was having a bad day. But overall the experience was excellent.
