What makes it fun
In 2011, Ming brought her real understanding of Chinese cooking to the Quarry Farmers and Ranchers Market. Soon after she started selling hand-made sausages, pickled items, and sauces at the Pearl Farmers Market, she started selling delicious noodles and buns that were ready to eat. In 2012, Ming chose to start offering catering services and sell her food outside of the market. In September 2020, Ming opened Ming's near the Pearl off Elmira Street. This larger location has a large dining room and an equally large outdoor patio. It offers classics like the Sloopy Bun and Ma-La noodles as well as seasonal items like Orange Chicken and Sliders.
