It’s an OK ice cream shop. Nothing too special about it. Tried it twice and my experience was mediocre both times. I wanna say it’s presented as the main ice cream attraction by the Riverwalk, which almost feels like a tourist trap. And that would have been ok if the ice cream was of great quality but sadly it’s not. I would recommend going to “ Kilwins” candy store across the street- they have way better high quality ice cream for the same price range.

Went here yesterday and stopped for some ice cream. One of the best experiences I've had at any food establishment. Got served by Natalie or Natalia (I'm bad with names sorry) and they were really friendly. Struck up a conversation with some of the other people who were there. Had a really good time. I will be visiting this shop again on my next trip to San Antonio.

Not to sure if I will ever go here again. We walked in on Sunday night 8/23/26 the inside was hot. Workers said they had no a/c since Friday and nobody was coming until Monday. Mind you we walked in at about 1030pm and it was hot. I can only imagine what it feels like in the middle of the afternoon. Hard to believe in a city as big as San Antonio that NO techs were available the whole weekend. Sounds as if the owners didn't want to pay the extra money cause of the weekend. This is completely unacceptable to not just the paying customers but the employees. No restrooms for paying customers or they were out of order. Told us we had to go across the street. No samples to give out to paying customers. They probably had 10 flavors stretched across 2 freezers. The only good thing about this place was they were open until 11pm

I saw their sign on the river level. Went up stairs to their terrace then got in from their back door to the shop. They sell Bluebell! My favorite! I m glad they have a sign down the river level. Got a three scoops cup! All unusual flavors, tastes very good! Love eating ice cream on their terrace and look down the lights along the riverwalk.

Got a mini sundae here and it was really good! The workers were very nice and after I spilled some of the ice cream, they gave me a new one! The price is also reasonable for the area 10/10!! 👍🏽👍🏽

The scorching San Antonio heat can be exhausting! But I found the perfect solution to cool off - two delectable scoops of my all-time favorite Blue Bell Ice Cream flavors: Cherry Vanilla and Jamoca Almond Fudge. I simply can't resist the creamy goodness of Blue Bell Ice Cream, and it never fails to hit the spot. Thanks for always delivering such delicious treats!

This has great flavors and friendly help. It was not very busy but the server said it gets busy at other times. People were still out for dinner on the Riverwalk. It felt like more of an old time ice cream place than a chain. I prefer that.
