What an incredible experience at **Pharm Table** last night! This gem of a restaurant is truly something special. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully executed, and full of creativity and innovation (while maintaining its simplicity which is a great thing). You can feel the thought, passion, and attention to detail in every dish. It was such a pleasure to experience a restaurant where the love for food and hospitality is so evident.
As a fellow restaurateur, I have a tremendous appreciation for what goes into creating an experience like this. Behind every plate, every detail, and every interaction are people who pour their hearts, energy, and countless hours into what they do. For many independent restaurant owners, this work is driven far more by passion, purpose, and the desire to bring people together than by financial reward.
And with that, I'd love to share a small, heartfelt request with my fellow diners and reviewers everywhere.
**Please give restaurants the opportunity to make things right before leaving a negative review.** If something isn't to your liking, tell the staff. Share your concerns, ask questions, and allow them the chance to respond. Most of us genuinely want to know when something isn't working. We listen, we learn, we make adjustments, and we strive to be better—not just the next day, but sometimes within the very next hour.
No restaurant is perfect, and no experience will please everyone. But behind these small businesses are real people with enormous hearts who are doing their very best. A few words posted online can have a lasting impact on something that someone has spent years, or even a lifetime, building.
Of course, everyone deserves to share their honest experience. I simply hope we can approach those experiences with a little more kindness, understanding, and willingness to communicate first.
