I had a very disappointing experience at this theater. I purchased tickets through Fandango for Mario Bros with my 11-year-old son. The only requirement shown was that the ticket purchaser had to be 18, which I meet.

When we arrived, we spent around $100 on food and were already seated in the VIP section when a manager named Jennifer approached us. Instead of offering help or explaining the situation kindly, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked us to leave and refused to provide any alternative seating, even though there were empty seats available and the movie had already started.

I understand there may be policies regarding minors in VIP, but this was not clearly communicated on Fandango. The issue was not the policy—it was the complete lack of empathy and poor customer service. I even ended up purchasing new tickets, so the problem was never about the money, but about how the situation was handled.

This was an uncomfortable experience, especially in front of my son. I regularly visit Santikos theaters and have never experienced such poor service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location and will be sharing my experience with others.

My mother and I love coming to this movie theater the double bacon cheeseburgers are awesome, and delicious. They provide other lunch and dinners options on there menu.

The atmosphere of the theater is beautiful to bring your family, ND friends.
