Unfortunately, good food alone does not make a restaurant upscale. What this place is seriously lacking is proper management and hospitality. Even after we brought an issue to their attention, we were completely ignored. No acknowledgment, no effort to address the situation, and no follow-up. That is simply not the level of service you expect from a restaurant positioning itself as upscale. People may come for the food, but they come back for the hospitality. Unfortunately, poor management will eventually overshadow even a great kitchen.

We went for a family dinner to celebrate my birthday. We had the elk, crab pasta, red fish and ribeye along with brussel sprouts and mushrooms. Everything was amazing. My daughter also had the 3 courses on the kids menu which included a good size steak. They also assisted with a wine pairing for my fish. The service was excellent and they always make us feel special every time we visit 👏

A bright spot in an otherwise dismal weekend. No wait, but we had a reservation and were sat immediately. The hotel was absolutely terrible, but we had made the reservation here and kept it. The service was everything that lacks at other high end restaurants. We didn't want for anything here. Orlando was on top of it all, even refilling my husband's iced tea well before the last sip (nothing bugs us more than having to ask). The kitchen has runners and even the assistant introduced himself at the beginning of the meal (apologies for not remembering his name...it's been a couple weeks). We split a salad, each had a small filet, and shared a couple sides. Oh! And the sticky toffee dessert. The steaks were cooked absolutely perfect. When I say medium rare plus, it was perfection. The meat was tender with nice flavor and the brussel sprouts were delicious. The service was the perfect speed. And just as we were finishing up, a table of about 12 children came in for a large birthday party. The perfect time to make our exit. Thank you for being such a bright spot to our weekend. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up.

The entire staff…from valet, check-in, restaurant, bar, the lagoon and golf were AMAZING, organized and well executed. Thanks for an awesome time!

I made reservations early in the day last Saturday for our anniversary dinner. I even received an email confirmation through open table. I then didn’t notice that they sent a cancellation email about 1.5 hours before my reservation time. I ended up Ubering there only to find out they were closed. I now had nowhere to go and had to uber back to hotel.

Very disappointed at the Christmas experience we received. We made reservations in advance for Christmas dinner at Antlers Lodge. We were very disappointed to learn that they decided to have a 4 course standard Christmas meal. I don't think there was even a steak option. We were on their website for days looking at the menu trying to decide what to eat only to arrive and be let down by the horrible menu. I recommend emailing those who made reservations to let them know that your full menu would not be available. It would also be prudent to update the menu on the website to show a holiday menu change.

Just had an amazing Christmas eve dinner here with my wife. Food was amazing, as was the service. Elk steak was like butter and everything tasted great plus a great wine/drink selection. Will definitely be back.

Well, I guess if I had money to BURN and I needed to give away a big pile of it .. I’d go back to this restaurant. I’m honestly not sure how they justify $65 for a steak with no sides. The roasted chicken option was just ok … the sides were underwhelming. We didn’t dislike it in any way (the venue is beautiful and the service was fine) .. but the price gouging is so real.

It was off season, but service was so slow one of the guests at our table had to leave before the entree was served and hour after ordering. Food was okay, but not worth the high price. I lived in Maryland so Crab Cakes anywhere else, including here, are a disappointment.

A great place for fine dining. Everyone in our group enjoyed everything they ordered. It's definitely a nice place for an adult date night but the entire family is welcome. Service is very good and upscaled.

If you are looking for a nice dining experience with quality service and delicious diverse options of courses, then the Antlers Lodge will exceed your expectations. The service is extremely pleasant, and the most notable difference is that every staff member is attentive to your needs and request. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I highly recommend the calamari as an appetizer, which is very delicious, and my ribeye was cooked to perfection.

Wonderful experience. Greeted kindly, sat at the best table in the house due to a special occasion. The manager, Anthony, was so kind & friendly. Our server was great & we were checked on often. Due to our special occasion we were treated with a fantastic bottle of champagne. Wife took the rib, it was delectable. I had the new York strip & was in awe of the crisp outside & tender & juicy inside. The puréed potatoes were my favorite. Absolutely loved everything & the experience.

We went for restaurant weeks and felt like we discovered a hidden gem! The atmosphere and service are lovely. The wait staff took great care of us and the food was delicious. I wish that the items from the restaurant weeks menu were on the regular menu because they were delightful. It's so nice to find such a lovely restaurant without all the traffic and parking issues of going downtown. The restaurant validates your hotel parking, so parking is private, convenient, and free. This place was a breath of fresh air! We agreed we'd love to come back to try the rest of their menu and they gave us a frequent diner's card for locals, so we are looking forward to enjoying Antlers Lodge again.

Dinner was excellent!! The salmon was cooked perfectly and we had some mashed potatoes and Macaroni and cheese that was delicious. The crab cakes were so tasty with that sauce on top yummy!! My husband had the potato soup which was also very good. Our server Tai was amazing. Would recommend this place for couples and groups.
