In order to provide guests with an experience that they will never forget, BLÜ Prime Steakhouse combines the classic concepts of fine dining and five-star accommodations with a contemporary and one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Every aspect of our dining experience has been meticulously planned out to ensure that it is daring, sophisticated, and unforgettable. This includes our in-house dry-age steak program, our wine selection that has been awarded five stars, our spacious handmade cocktail and champagne bar, as well as our main and private dining rooms.

We love going to Blu for special occasions as well as the Elite/Happy Hour. The food is tasty and the drinks are expertly made. Blue behind the bar makes the best lavender gimlets! We had gotten a handful of things to share off the Elite Hour menu for a quick meal since our anniversary fell during the week but we weren't fully celebrating til the weekend. They're nearly right across the highway from one of our old favorites, but Blu has a better menu and much more space so you don't feel crammed in. I also love that the servers at Blu are trained to make the Carajillos so you don't have to wait for a manager to come over. **UPDATE-** Since it does not allow me to make another review, I wanted to also highlight our server Celeste. She remembered my husband and myself from our last visit. We had dined to celebrate taking my first part of the CPA exam and this time she asked me how it went. Remembering your guests and what they say really goes a long way in terms of amazing guest service! We will be back for sure!

We came in for dinner and Michelle was awesome! I loved the blu burger… the Mac and cheese was phenomenal and the strawberry cake was the star of show. Thank you again Michelle for the great service.

Went in tonight for the happy hour menu. We had Diana as our server and she was absolutely amazing. Food was 10/10, and all the staff was fantastic. Definitely will be back.

Absolutely beautiful! Impeccable service. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and birthday and the manager and host Blake surely went above and beyond to give us an everlasting experience. POOR customer service. Contacted to schedule group event and received initial details and then their "Mickenna" ghosted and never responded to subsequent contact attempts. VERY DISAPPOINTING and UNPROFESSIONAL

Went specifically for 30 day in house dry aged prime rib steak cooked medium. Steak came out to table sliced so I could share with my wife. Server tried to plate it for us and couldn’t get slices to separate. First bad sign. Steak was tough, white fatty and tasteless. I had the previous week had a 30 day in house dry aged prime rib steak cooked medium in San Marcos restaurant. Steak came out whole but was very tender, had a nutty flavor and virtually no fat so I had something to compare. Service was wonderful and atmosphere was really good. Just disappointed in steak. My thought was no reason to complain about the steak because if that is what they have to offer they can’t do anything better. Good place for great service and good atmosphere but not the best for great food.

We had a fantastic time! I went for date night and had 5-star service! They had terrific drinks with a wide selection of spirits. I love the vibe dining and wish there was a lounge attached. I'll be returning, maybe for a ladies' night with friends. I believe our server's name was Nick, and the host was Delia. Thanks for an amazing time.

Spectacular food, drinks and service! Bailey and Matthew were the perfect team that gave excellent service from start to finish. John the wine director provided great conversation and introduced us to a dessert wine which was an elegant conclusion to dinner. Ralph behind the bar made us custom cocktails that were unique and delicious. The food was gorgeous and everything was cooked to perfection. They also made my mom’s birthday so special with decorations on the table and a cake! We sat in the bar lounge which was a perfect intimate vibe. The restaurant and all of the employees are exquisite!

This place has fabulous good portions of food. Steak and salmon were delicious. Great wine selections. Desert all home made and very good. Edgar, Lindsay, and Rob gave us top-notch hospitality. The atmosphere is very nice.

I want to start off with the beautiful hostess’s, they’re excellent and have amazing energy. Then moving on into the main dining room, the servers are very knowledgeable and on top of everything. Never had impecable service like this before. The food is amazing, I would eat here every night if I could. The mangers were super welcoming and informing. Must try ! The bar is gorgeous and the atmosphere is the absolute vibe for a night out. 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I Had the pleasure of eating here it’s opening week. So delicious. From the moment you walk in, until the time you leave you are taken in to another world. The vibe and atmosphere are very warm. The blue tones and design of the restaurant are beautiful. The food was incredible. The flavor in everything from the bread to main course was thoughtful. The staff were friendly and helpful with anything that we had a question on. It was a great first experience and definitely will not be our last!
