La Ruina pays tribute to Tropical America. Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture and delectable spirits of the Caribbean, South and Central America, and the tropical shores of Texas. La Ruina is located in the iconic Robitzsch Brothers Grocery Store. The building had suffered from years of neglect. However, it exuded a timeless charm that evoked memories of Old Havana, Colon, Panama, and Salvador, Brasil. The owners fully embraced that aesthetic as they meticulously renovated the building, preserving the charming signs of its long history of use. Thus, La Ruina (The Ruin) came into existence. The menu features a delightful selection of cocktails, both novel and classic, from the region. The Spirits collection is centered around exquisite Rums and Agave Spirits.
