    What makes it fun

The San Pedro Creek Culture Park was made. It is a hard-working part of the original waterway that serves as an enrichment place, as well as a project to control flooding, improve water quality, and restore the ecosystem. San Pedro Creek Culture Park is an investment in art, history, and nature, and it also helps the local economy grow.

Yes, it has been around for a couple of years now but it is one of the most overlooked places to go to enjoy the peace and quiet.

The construction of this place and the history lessons presented throughout are excellent. Unfortunately, the city apparently has abandoned this beautiful place. Why abandon such a great place? Why not clean the filthy, frothy water in the wading area so my kids can walk around? WHY NOT HAVE SECURITY AT A PLACE WHERE NOBODY BUY HOMELESS PEOPLE ROAM AROUND? We saw one family and 15 homeless including some with blatant drug problems. Is this park a gift to the community or a gift to the homeless community? The City of San Antonio needs to step up and address these concerns right away. Que lastima !!!

Had our quarterly drum circle hosted by David and the San Pedro culture creek park authorities. Great place where city meets nature. One of the nicer parks downtown. However, parking sucks and makes a difficult to reach.

They're making great progress on different sections of the Creek! One example is the section near the Ruby City Museum on Camp St. by the Laredo Post Office.
    Check it out!

Beautiful area of downtown! Walk along the creek or even feel like you are walking in it with trails at different levels. Restrooms available during business hours only. Kept very clean by the friendly Centro staff. A beautiful little piece of San Antonio

Beautiful New Addition to the downtown area of San Antonio. Elegant walkways and landscapes with beautiful waterfalls and wildlife.
